The European Quality
Scoreboard (EQS) uses the up to date available data related
to the chosen indicators. The EQS is divided in two big axes:
Enablers and Results. Each axis is composed by 5 dimensions in a
total of 10:
i) Organizations;
ii) Professionals;
iii) Research;
iv) Education;
v) Health;
vi) Competitiveness;
vii) Social Cohesion;
viii) Sustainability;
ix) Innovation and Entrepreneurship;
x) Satisfaction.
Each dimension comprises more
than one indicator in a total of 21. A final score was
calculated for each country considering the average weight of
the ranking position obtained by each country over the set of 21
indicators considered.
